Las Vegas Metro Police were seen at the scene of a car accident that occurred near the intersection of South Pecos and East Sunset Road. The car wreck occurred at around 3:05 a.m. and resulted in both drivers being transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The crash prompted Metro to shut down the intersection, which it has since reopened. Images of the accident indicated substantial property damage to both vehicles, which were sedans.
